WILD @ The Preserve is an early outdoor childhood education program that builds on a child’s sense of wonder about nature and invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them. Through a wide range of activities and experiences, the program provides an early foundation for developing positive impressions about nature and lifelong social and academic skills. Parents will guide their children through virtual lessons and accompany their children to each in-person class as the program explores and unearths the nature of West Texas. Each class will follow the same structure emphasizing discovery, learning, nature walks, and craft. The Jenna Welch Nature Study Center’s educational programs are provided at no cost to its participants, made possible by donors like you.
