Kinsey Williams is a 5 generation Midland Native, he practices MovNat’s method which symbiotically develops positional and breath control, spatial awareness, coordination, balance, mobility, stability, strength, power, endurance, adaptability, and resiliency, as well as focus/mindfulness and mental fortitude.
Each session provides a new approach to movement and mobility, incorporating nature into your wellness practice.
