WILD at The Preserve

In the WILD at The Preserve class “Show Me The Energy”, learners will discover that all animals, including people, depend on plants as a food source, either directly or indirectly.  Learners will see that the sun’s energy flows through plants, to animals that eat plants and then to animals that eat those animals. A food chain is a transfer of Energy. Learning will take place with movement, songs, and hands on activities.  Ms. Kari will lead the group in a craft and a nature walk. Each learner will receive their own booklet to extend the lesson at home and beyond.

This session is a rostered class (closed to the public), an application is shared at the beginning of each semester to those who are registered for the education program. Spots in the class are limited. You can register by completing the form here.
