Playtime at The Playa

At the I-20 Wildlife Preserve, we strongly believe in the impact of nature. We are committed to providing opportunities for our community to connect with nature and each other. These Playtimes are offered at no cost, thanks to our community partners. Please consider a $5 donation per child.

These nature play sessions are designed to help you schedule regular unstructured time outdoors in nature. Our outdoor classroom at The Wildlife Preserve is a space that comes alive with possibilities. You and your child may choose how to spend your time; there will be available options such as scavenger hunts, nature crafts, WILD at the Preserve curriculum activities, nature-themed books, a sensory bin, and occasional visitors from the community to share ways in which we all work together to encourage the next generation to love and care for our natural spaces.
