We’re excited to welcome Jazzlon Herrel as a substitute for Margaret’s Hatha Yoga session this week! A Midland native and passionate yoga instructor, Jazzlon holds her 200RYT certification and specializes in beginner-friendly vinyasa flow. Her teaching style emphasizes inclusivity, making yoga accessible and welcoming for all.
Practicing movement in nature—especially in green and blue spaces—amplifies these benefits, reducing stress, boosting mood, and enhancing overall well-being. Breathe deeply, move with intention, and experience the restorative power of Hatha Yoga in the fresh air at The Preserve.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and a mat (optional).
